What is Nightstop?
The First Nightstop was founded over 11 years ago in Leeds. Subsequently, many have been setup throughout the UK. Redditch Nightstop was founded in 1997, the project began in response to the growing concern surrounding the increasing number of people aged 16 to 25 that are homeless in Redditch and surrounding areas.

Our Mission
The aim of Nightstop is to provide emergency ,over night accommodation to people aged 16 to 25 years old in the homes of volunteers. If you need emergency accommodation you need to contact one of the referral organizations you can find a list of them for the Redditch area at the referral page.

What Role Does Redditch Nightstop Play?
Nightstop depends upon the commitment and support provided by volunteer hosts. These hosts provide a safe warm bed, in a room for the night, a hot meal and washing facilities. Volunteer hosts can be from any walk of life, there are single men women also couples with or without children. Nightstop aims to place the client with an appropriate host, who can offer them support, even if it is just someone to talk to.
